Established in 1992, Xiamen Wufeng Plastics Co., Ltd. is a sole-venture enterprise invested by Taiwanese. We are specialized in production of PVC-U pipes, fittings and multiple plastics building materials. Our products include folding doors, PVC vertical/horizontal blinds and shutters, PS foamed panels, shower doors, wall panels, skirting and wardrobes. The total investment is over USD20,000,000. We currently have over 127 production lines. The factory area is 100,000 square meters. We employ 800 staff members, including 200 technicians. 1. 14 pipe extrusion lines: with annual production capacity of 20,000MT. The main products are PVC-U, PE/PPR, electrical conduits, gas, drainage and watering pipes 2. 25 injection lines: with annual production capacity of 2,000MT for fittings, guttering and other accessories. We have 800MT (5,000g) of injection machines, 650MT (3,000g) and 300MT (800g) and other types 3. 82 plastics building material extrusion lines: with annual production capacity of 30,000MT 4. 6 twin-color printing lines and 1 single color printing line: it prints folding door and its accessories, other building materials and wall panels 5. Modern adhesive production lines for rigid PVC pipes, with annual production capacity of 720MT 6. 2 laminating lines for wood grain products We have obtained the ISO9002 certificate.
